Running a yoga school in Kitzbühel, in the heart of the Austrian Alps, I am a private Yoga teacher for many well-known artists and media people. Coming from a television background myself, I found that Yoga is exactly what creatives need, to bring a healthy balance to their lives.

“Yoga changed my life, it became a part of me. I practise yoga since 2001. During all those years I got a more concentrated view, for the things in life which are really important. Yoga has released me from compulsions and fears. It fulfills me with joy and love to teach people a deeper understanding of Yoga.

I teach different Yoga traditions like Hatha Yoga, Iyengar Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga and Ashtanga Yoga (according to Pattabhis Jois). Many years of experience (33 years) in dance (ballet, jazz and modern dance) still have positive effects on my Yoga, especially on body control and respiration.”
